Árpád Bak was a junior programme manager at Romedia Foundation between July 2015 and August 2016. He earned his degree in English language and literature at the University of Debrecen, and a postgraduate diploma in journalism at MÚOSZ Bálint György Academy of Journalism, Budapest. At the moment he is working on his doctoral thesis in the film, media and contemporary culture programme at the Institute for Art Theory and Media Studies, Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest. He also has twelve years of experience in journalism and editing, and worked as a volunteer at Gallery8 – Roma Contemporary Art Space, Budapest.
