Vanda Zsoldos is a Hungarian documentary filmmaker, teacher, cultural manager and project manager. She graduated from teacher training college in Hungary, and then from 1985 to 1997 she worked at Kőbányai Közösségi Televízió (Access Television Kőbánya, KKTV) as a studio manager and editor-in-chief, gaining experience in leadership, digital journalism, making reports and interviews, and producing documentaries, portraits and commercials.

She was the founder of the local television association Helyi Televíziók Országos Egyesület and Helyi Televíziós Szakosztály, the Local Television division of the Association of Hungarian Journalists. Since 1988 she has been a member of the Hungarian journalist association Magyar Újságírók Országos Szövetsége.

Zsoldos has directed two documentaries about Romani painters. Szenti (1986) is a movie about the Romani painter István Szentandrássy which won the Grand Prize at the Országos Videószemle és Tanácskozás. In 1988 she was the director of Stációk (Stations), a documentary portrait of Tamás Péli, a well-known Romani painter and politician. The film received the Audience Award at the Film Festival of Fine Arts (Képzőművészeti Filmfesztivál, Közönség díja).
